冬季开车小心“阳光刺客” 用这几招轻松化解

想必不少驾驶人已经发现了

进入冬天,每天开车上路

尤其是早晚上下班时

被阳光迎面照射

或是夕阳照射后视镜的情况

似乎比夏天要多

这种感觉是对的

不同季节里

在一天中的同一时间点上

太阳在天空中的位置也不同

从而造成了这种差异

在阳光照射下

驾驶人视线会受到明显影响

如何降低“阳光刺客”的影响

确保行车安全呢?

为什么阳光刺眼会引发交通事故

太阳光照射方向与车辆行驶方向相对时,会产生逆光,亮度变化过大易造成眼部不适,出现“瞬盲”的情况。

驾驶人在行车过程中会因阳光刺眼导致视线不清,不能及时观察路面情况,从而造成事故。

尤其是从强烈的阳光下进出幽暗的隧道,或是从隧道中驶出时,驾驶人至少需要几秒的反应时间,才能适应这种明暗变化。

驾车时阳光刺眼怎么办?

与前车保持安全车距

开车时迎着刺眼的阳光,驾驶人要调整好心态,集中精力驾驶,同时务必做到和前车保持有效的刹车距离,不要跟车太近。

出入隧道要控制车速

在出入隧道时,由于明暗差异很大,会在短时间内影响视线,所以在进入隧道前要提前减速,把车速控制在限定时速内,同时打开示宽灯。在驶出隧道时不要急于加速,要注意观察前方路况,待驶出隧道眼睛适应后再正常提速。

车内常备太阳眼镜

迎着阳光或是背向阳光开车,不仅不利于观察路况,而且眼睛受强光刺激也不利于眼部健康。建议驾驶人常备太阳镜,既保证良好视线,又保护眼睛。

合理使用车内遮阳板

在车辆前排顶部都配有长条形的遮阳板,迎着阳光开车时,可以放下遮阳板来降低光线对我们的影响。遮阳板可以旋转不同角度,建议驾驶人根据实际情况来调节。注意:遮光板勿直接向下打开90度,避免下沿位置过低影响对信号灯、路况的有效观察。

防止挡风玻璃镜面倒影

阳光充足时,前挡风玻璃会形成平面镜效应,导致前挡风玻璃上能看到车内人员和物品的镜面反射。因此,中控台上尽量不放置可能出现反光的物体,避免危险发生。

防范疲劳驾驶

长时间被阳光照射容易犯困,经常开车的司机要保证充足睡眠,科学安排行车时间,避免长时间保持一个姿势开车,若出现疲劳,要到安全地带停车休息。

温馨提示:这些方法只是减弱刺眼光线对驾驶人的影响,在开车时,最重要的还是要降低车速、谨慎观察,保持注意力集中,才能最大程度确保行车安全。
